What we do
Twin Sun Land Co. is a direct buyer of real property. We buy land for our own account, at prices we set through our own research. We are not a real estate brokerage and we do not list property for others. Nothing on this website is legal, tax, financial or investment advice. For those, talk to a licensed professional.
Offers
Any offer we make is free and carries no obligation. An offer is not binding on either side until both of us sign a written purchase agreement. Every purchase depends on our review of the property and on clear, insurable title. Closing timelines depend on title work and county processing and are not guaranteed.
Closing costs
When our written purchase agreement says we pay closing costs, that means the title, escrow, recording and closing fees listed in that agreement. Back taxes, liens and other amounts owed on the property are paid from the sale proceeds at closing, unless the agreement says otherwise.
Your information
You agree that the information you give us about a property is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you have the right to discuss its sale. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your information.
